The Radiation Monitoring Laboratory would like to extend its warmest congratulations to all students on this Day of Knowledge!
We are committed to expanding the potential of utilizing CubeSats for educational purposes.
Thanks to the Constellation-270 project, which was implemented as part of the Moscow State University's Scientific and Educational Program, as well as the Space-Pi initiative, schoolers have the opportunity to attempt the design of small spacecraft (CubeSats).
With the assistance of RML researchers, Ivan Zolotarev, Georgy Antonyuk and Anna Sazonova have been teaching schoolers how to design payloads and conduct space experiments. In addition, based on the SINP MCC, guys can learn to control satellites in orbit and study the system for receiving space information.
Open signals are transmitted from satellites launched as part of the Constellation-270 programme to receive amateur radio communications. Information is received via the amateur radio network of satellite reception stations "ЭФИР".
During the summer, the guys actively worked on Space Technologies:
There's still a lot of new, interesting, cool research and discoveries to come!
