Join the Space Team: Lomonosov Moscow State University Invites School Students to Build a Satellite

The team of the Radiation Monitoring Laboratory (RML) of SINP MSU is launching a free practicum for high school students. Under the guidance of scientists, participants will work on creating a real small spacecraft destined for orbital launch.

📢 Announcing the start of a unique educational project for students in grades 8-11. We are looking for young enthusiasts ready not just to dream about space but to create it with their own hands. If you want to turn theory into practice and make a real contribution to space research, this project is for you!

Participants of the practicum will become part of the team developing a small spacecraft (CubeSat format). Guided by experienced MSU engineers and scientists, you will go through all stages of a space project:

✔️ Hands-on Development: Direct involvement in designing, assembling, and testing the satellite.
✔️ Hardware Work: Introduction to the basics of space instrumentation, soldering, and programming onboard systems.
✔️ Orbital Control: Learn to work with telemetry and commands for controlling spacecraft.
✔️ Teamwork: Immerse yourself in the atmosphere of a real engineering task where teamwork is crucial.
✔️ The key goal of the project is to launch the created satellite into Earth orbit.

🚀 Your work could fly into space!
