Space surprise for schoolers 🌌📡

According to the Telegram channel of the Space-pi scientific and educational project, on March 15, an unusual surprise was prepared for schoolchildren in Kaliningrad! 🌌📡

Images of students from the space classes of School No. 57, their teacher Sergey Perevoznikov, and Vyacheslav Terentyev, an employee of JSC "OKB Fakel," were transmitted from the VIZARD-METEO satellite (RS38S) using the SSTV protocol. For 10 minutes, radio waves carried the photos of these young researchers, inspiring radio enthusiasts around the world.

Later, the Flight Control Center at the Ruzaevka branch of the Saransk Polytechnic College, under the guidance of Dmitry Pashkov, an employee of the Radiation Monitoring Laboratory, organized an additional transmission from the MONITOR-4 satellite (RS57S) of the SINP MSU. This allowed the students to continue their practice in space exploration.

Such projects not only inspire but also give children a unique opportunity to engage with science, opening doors to a future where the stars feel closer. 🚀✨
At the SINP MSU, under the guidance of a team of experienced scientists from the Rad-lab, schoolers learn to create small satellites, solving tasks in the field of Earth monitoring, exploring space, and developing new technologies.

The scientific and educational program is conducted as part of the Constellation-270 MSU project – a stellar path to the future 🌌✨. The project symbolizes the connection between the past and the future: it continues the traditions of MSU in space exploration and opens new horizons for science.
The project for developing and launching spacecraft is being implemented with grant support under the Space-π program of the Foundation for Assistance to Innovation.
